- Planning and Logistics Mastery:
- Excel in planning and coordinating the executive's schedule and logistics with precision.
- Organize and manage client-facing meetings, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Client-Facing Expertise:
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, embodying professionalism on behalf of the executive.
- Assist in orchestrating client appreciation events to strengthen client relationships.
- Event Planning Excellence:
- Take charge of planning diverse events, including client appreciation gatherings and internal team activities.
- Collaborate with team members to guarantee the success of events, fostering a positive team culture.
- Women's Network Group Support:
- Provide strategic support for the executive's leadership of a Women's Network group boasting over 600 members.
- Contribute actively to the planning and execution of conferences and events for the Women's Network.
- Social Media Development:
- Play a pivotal role in establishing and enhancing the team's social media presence.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and communications teams to drive the success of social media initiatives.
- Proven track record as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Outstanding organizational and planning skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for client interactions and team collaboration.
- Previous experience in planning and coordinating events.
- Familiarity with social media platforms; contribute to the development of the team's online presence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
