Executive/Personal Assistant
TemPositions is pleased to partner with a respected psychiatrist, psychotherapist, public health advocate, and policy professional in San Francisco's Inner Sunset/UCSF area. We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Executive/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support both professionally and personally on a long-term temporary contract.

Job Overview:

• Location: San Francisco, Inner Sunset/UCSF
• Position: Full-time, in-home executive/personal assistant
• Schedule: Weekdays with flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends
• Salary: $70K-90K+ Commensurate with experience
• Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, proofread, and edit emails, correspondence, and documents.
• Manage phone communications, update contact lists, and maintain household and office equipment.
• Monitor and respond to emails, prepare agendas, and organize meetings.
• Maintain personal and professional calendars and manage travel arrangements.
• Track deadlines for professional licenses and certifications.
• Organize the employer’s personal and professional libraries and archives (digital and analog).
• Assist in recruiting and hiring additional staff as needed.
• Run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and food preparation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-level executive or administrative support, particularly with C-level executives.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Office Suite, and internet research.
• Familiarity with both PC and Apple systems is a plus.
• Ability to read cursive, safely lift 30 pounds, and hold a clean, current CA driver’s license.
