About the Job
An Investment Firm based in Manhattan seeks an Executive Personal Assistant to support the Founder. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of administrative experience.
Base: $130-140k+ bonus
Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Duties:
- Provide professional and personal support to the Founder, including, heavy calendar management, travel arrangements, itinerary preparation, and expense reports.
- Work closely with internal teams and external executives to coordinate meeting logistics.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, presentations, and other communications including confidential documents.
- Efficiently arrange staff working hours and tasks, ensuring optimal productivity and coordination.
- Oversee household inventory, ensuring adequate supply and organization of household items.
- Provide additional support as needed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of administrative experience supporting a C-Suite Executive.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision.
- Team player, able to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
