You will be responsible for researching and executing a variety of topics and projects to ensure a seamless and enjoyable lifestyle experience. The successful candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, creative, and has relevant work experience in lifestyle and travel management.

Responsibilities:

• Offer round-the-clock concierge services, ensuring availability at all times, including weekends and holidays.
• Organize and manage social events throughout the year, ranging from cocktail gatherings to holiday celebrations.
• Oversee travel arrangements, including booking flights, transportation, accommodations, and creating detailed travel itineraries.
• Coordinate personal appointments and handle errands as needed.
• Collaborate with team members on household and personal projects.
• Keep current with hospitality trends to secure top-tier reservations and provide tailored recommendations.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant
• Located in New York City
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills with outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
