Exciting Opportunity!

This position is supporting HNWI- Exec. VP!

Working in home office that will be handling all Executive and Personal Asst responsibilities.

They will be responsible for scheduling social events, parties and meetings with clients.

Personal errands for the family and anticipate their needs.

In addition to the administrative day to day duties, they will also be planning events, shopping for gifts,etc.

There is some travel involved, so must be flexible.

This position is hectic and busy- person must have that 24/7 mentality.

Schedule is onsite 5 days.

Requirements:

Prefer candidate to have experience in Home office and worked for HNWI.

5-10 years+ experience as an Exec/Personal Asst to C-level Executive.

Must be professional, detail oriented with great organizational skills.
