Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO/President
Vaco LA is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for a client in the Transportation and Logistics industry. This role will support the CEO/President with a blend of professional and personal assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Handle personal tasks and errands for the CEO/President.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
