Executive/Personal Assistant to CEO - Family of Consumer Internet Brands

This role is in office 1-2 days/week based out of Framingham, MA

Our client is in need of a proactive and organized Executive/Personal Assistant to support their CEO and C-Suite team. In this role, you will work alongside another EA to plan events, organize logistics in both personal and professional settings, and overall maximize the executive's time by handling projects and tasks both big and small.

A day in the life:

• Managing logistics for appointments, meetings, large events, summits, board meetings etc. Working with internal and external vendors from start to finish to ensure all goes to plan
• Booking travel arrangements, both domestic and international and work with CEO's family to plan personal trips
• Handling all communications with key stakeholders and staying in sync with ever changing priorities
• Running errands, helping with household projects, pickups, service providers etc
• Handing research and providing options, resources and solutions for problems
• Implementing efficient systems and organizational methods

You will need:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience as an Executive /personal Assistant supporting a Senior Executive
• Well-versed in using the latest technologies to communicate, connect, and organize the principals days
• Computer literacy in Google Suite and MS Suite
• No job too small mentality and overall hospitality mindset, eager to help and enthusiasm for the role
• Agility to adjust to ever-changing priorities
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude around the office and in your approach to work
• Discreet nature with strong judgement skills
