About the Job
The Baltimore Country Club is seeking a full-time Executive Pastry Chef who will have the responsibility supervising and working with a team of pastry professionals. This leader should be self-motivated, work under little or no supervision, be approachable and willing to understand what the membership desires, and maintain a well organized work space.
This individual should have in-depth knowledge and proven experience with classic pastries/dessert techniques but ability to add a modern flare. Candidates must have a working Knowledge of culinary math, ordering and Microsoft word and excel. A culinary school graduate or equivalent industry experience. Preferred experience with building a pastry kitchen is also desired.
