Title: Executive Office Manager / Administrative Assistant

Pay: $20-$25/hr

Schedule: FLEXIBLE for full time OR part time! M-F 8-5

Location: ONSITE in SouthLake, TX (76092)

Job Duties:

• Creating invoices for customers

• Entering in all payables from suppliers

• Filing and data entry as necessary

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Bookkeeping experience

• QuickBooks experience is REQUIRED

• Basic computer and math skills

• Bilingual is preferred
