ONRAD, Inc (www.onradinc.com) is seeking an experienced, reliable individual to fill the role of Executive and Marketing Assistant/Office Manager. This position will report to and support the CEO as well as support the CFO in the Phoenix office. This is not a remote position.
This position covers the below responsibilities:

- General administrative support.
- Writing and communication internally and for web postings.
- Management of email/communication campaigns.
- Marketing material development support.
- Board Book preparation.
- Contract preparation.
- Scheduling support.
- Mail.
- Errands.
- Office supplies.
- Ordering.
- Other assigned duties.
The ideal person will demonstrate a broad range of skills and experience including:
- Communication – verbal and written.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Executive support, marketing background with minimum 5 years of experience.
- Independent worker that can support multiple people and tasks.
