The Executive Liaison will work directly with Michelle Broadwater Gappa to streamline operations, enhance client engagement, and help drive the agency's growth strategy. Salary Range: $32000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Support the owner with daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and communication within the agency.
Assist in implementing business strategies that promote growth and increase operational efficiency.
Manage relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and help develop initiatives to reach agency goals.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling, reporting, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Help identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Participate in strategic meetings to drive agency growth and improvement.
Requirements
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Previous experience in an executive support, operations, or liaison role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industries.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and ready to take on new challenges.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
