About the Job
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- Minimum 3 years of legal secretarial experience, preferably in a law firm or, equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word including knowledge of how to convert, clean, and style documents
- Expert knowledge of other software including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting/billing software
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills
- Overtime flexibility is necessary
