Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Partner, including managing calendars, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
2. Draft, proofread, and finalize legal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable legal standards and regulations.
3. Conduct legal research and prepare reports, memos, and other documents as required.
4. Coordinate with other members of the legal team, clients, and external parties, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
5. Manage case files and documentation, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and easily accessible.
6. Assist in the preparation for trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
7. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting legal executives.
2. Proficient in proofreading, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in legal documents.
3. Strong knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and documentation.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and legal research software.
5. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
7. High level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
8. Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
9. Paralegal certification or equivalent is a plus.
