Job Overview:
We are seeking an Executive IT Support Specialist to provide white-glove support to the executive leadership team within a global IT environment operating 24x7x365. This role requires a blend of technical skills and exceptional customer service acumen to support a blended OS environment, including desktop support, mobile device support, troubleshooting, and hardware/software configuration. The IT Support Specialist will provide direct support and act as a concierge for all IT service needs, coordinating with internal teams as necessary to fulfill needs and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure professional, positive interactions with C-Level executives and their administrators providing
- Provide desktop support, including repair/replacement of hardware components and configuration of software settings
- Image and install/configure hardware and software on desktop and laptop computers.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose software issues, including virus remediation and security updates
- Install and document approved software and peripherals
- Support mobile device setup and troubleshooting (tablets and smartphones)
- Collaborate with Security Team ensuring monitoring systems are functional and assist in maintaining security compliance
- Assist with computer and mobile device setups and relocation
- Develop user training and instructional materials as needed
- Provide detailed documentation to internal support teams and follow up on submitted service request tickets
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and other internal business units to execute
- Maintain effective working relationships within the department and with strategic business units
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a blended OS environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations effectively
- Intermediate knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems
- Basic knowledge of Apple iOS and Android mobile operating systems
- Experience with IT Service Management ticketing systems such as Service Gateway, Cherwell
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and a local candidate within a commutable distance
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- CompTIA Security+ certification or IAT II equivalent
- Experience with Audio and Visual (A/V) equipment and systems
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist
- AppleCare service certifications
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of PC software and networking
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Users and Computers
- Knowledge of Windows 11 desktop operating system
