About the Job
The executive and investor relations assistant provides high level administrative support to senior executives and ensures smooth daily operations of the office. The role involves managing schedules, arranging calls and meetings, and performing a wide range of administrative and support tasks. In addition, the assistant will have a key role in communicating with and arranging meetings and calls for investors.

Essential Functions
- Executive Assistant
- Schedule meetings, events, and webinars for CFO
- Schedule travel as needed
- Support board of directors, CFO, and VP IT with expense reports
- Notify board of directors of retainer payments
- Investor Relations
- Coordinate investor meetings and calls with executive management
- Maintain investor relations calendar and arrange travel for investor conferences
- Maintain investor relations database
- Office Management
- Responsible for overall office support including ordering of office supplies, maintenance of postage machine, and sorting and dispersing of mail
- Arrange office events for holidays, retirements, celebrations, and service anniversaries
- Process invoices for office support services
- Maintain service for office vehicle
- Serve as primary contact for building management and arrange work orders
- Serve as primary contact for corporate travel agency
- Other duties as assigned
- Understand and comply with the Company’s Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy and other industry-specific professional and ethical standards, if applicable
ABOUT YOU
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years executive or general administrative experience
- Experience with investor relations a plus
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Strong working knowledge of Outlook
- Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Experience in managing complex calendars and travel arrangements
WHAT WE OFFER
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary $42,800 - $ 70,000 / year
- Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. MYR Group reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
