Gulph Creek Hotels, a well-respected hotel owner and operator seeks a passionate and energetic individual to join our team as an Executive Housekeeper in the Philadelphia market. The Assistant General Manager will have the opportunity to build and lead a talented and energetic team fully committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

We are proudly seeking a passionate, highly involved, visible and energetic Assistant General Manager to lead the hotel team. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Lead, Develop, recommend, implement and manage the hotel's housekeeping team and guest service initiatives.
- Manage human resource functions including training, hiring, coaching, counseling, and discipline.
- Complete daily, weekly, monthly and annual management reporting.
- Direct the team to exceed service and quality standards
Requirements:
Successful Candidate should have:
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures.
- A professional career track record of achievement and relative job stability.
- A passionate leader that can instill his or her drive, energy, ambition, sense of urgency and attention to detail to the entire management team and in turn all employees.
- Strong communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
- Open to working nights, weekends and holidays as required.
- Hands-on approach to management not afraid to roll up their sleeves and pitch in to ensure all departments are supported.
