Job Description:
- Executive Marketing Coordinator
- Client is looking for a highly capable and collaborative individual to join our team, focused on supporting the client C-Suite Experiences.
- The C-Suite Experiences team is focused on building and deepening C-Suite relationships within the client top global 500+ accounts focused on the CEO, CMO, CIO, and CRO personas to expand industry influence and the client footprint in strategic accounts.
- Client create C-Suite experiences inclusive of memorable moments, thought-provoking conversations, and relevant content across brand and media partnerships and client go-to-market channels.
- Create program overview decks, session agendas, show flows, and program templates for all events
- Creative copy work, including drafting and reviewing all customer and host communications, session briefs and abstracts, digital signage, slides and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate with various teams and programming partners by clearly and effectively communicating program details and progress to support execution of programs
- Research and provide supporting materials to ensure program messaging is aligned to relevant topics
- Research possible thought leaders and identify top programming considerations to support program lead's speaker proposal
- Provide supporting materials and research on subject matter expert to program lead to inform content development and strategy
- Lead speaker management and contract execution: work with Legal team on agreements, process SOAs, and coordinate with speaker’s agent
- Create event landing pages to showcase agenda, content, Co-Hosts and registered attendees, resources, and key event details
- Manage and create attendee lookbooks for hosts: coordinate with sales and leaders to equip executives with most relevant customer information to drive and close deals
- Prep executive briefing decks and materials, schedule briefing calls
- Create calendar holds, briefing decks, Slack briefing posts, and program wrap-up summaries
- Team operational and infrastructure support: maintain ongoing best practice documents, assets, and team playbooks
- Campaign creation, crafting invites, invitation delivery, follow-up, attendee tracking, response management, KBYG comms, and customer briefing documents
- Effectively utilize client to set up, track, manage, and measure program campaigns, attendees and pipeline impact
- Strong attention to detail
- Top-notch organizational skills and time management skills, ability to manage complex tasks quickly and simultaneously
- Excellent, executive verbal and written communication skills, experience in executive comms a plus
- Experience using client and Asana preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong organization/project management skills, highly organized and strong attention to detail, ability to navigate ambiguity, self-starter, collaborative and positive team player.
Optional skills:
- Previous experience using client (nice to have).
- Previous experience in the executive events or executive marketing space or previous experience working directly with C-Level Executives.
