Overview:

- Plan, develop and implement business plans and budgets, including long-range objectives, performance goals and metrics for Supply Chain Operations.
- Collaborate with Operations, Legal, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain and other key stakeholders as needed to champion cross-functional initiatives in support of inventory management, operational excellence (Lean), and develop key performance indicators to support clinical operations and patient care.
- Develop strategies in concert with Vice President, Procurement to provide Duly Health and Care with best value programs based on price, service quality, risk mitigation, compliance, resilience, business continuity, and secure the best contract terms for the company across primary distributor platforms (Pharma/Med-Surge).
- Supply Chain Operations subject matter expert in negotiating distribution contracts; driving best-in-class KPIs on savings, fill-rates, mitigation strategies for MBO (manufacturer back orders), etc.
- Create best practice purchasing guidelines/policies within Duly Health and Care that promote formulary adherence in Pharma, Med-Surge, and Capital procurement
- Functional expert in specific principles and value analytics in the inventory management space.
- Lead the Bio-Med function for the organization and determine best balance between in-sourcing and out-sourcing that best supports Operations in value, regulatory compliance, and patient care
- Capitalize on distribution models that best align with inventory management practices; Pharma Annex, Vaccine Distribution, Med-Surge and PPE, IT, and Facilities
- Apply complex analytics to enable optimized cost savings and ensure an adequate supply chain.
- Assure proper analysis and application of internal and external industry specific research information, to determine Company direction in designated categories, reasons for pricing increases/decreases, and develop cost increase and risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide continuous leadership, oversight of work quality and constructive feedback to direct reports.
- Manage Organizational Effectiveness through efficiency improvement and functional transformation.
- Support integrations of Mergers and Acquisitions and Repositioning
- Master's degree, preferably MBA preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in supply chain, procurement and leadership roles.
Negotiator with a sound knowledge of negotiation techniques and practices and has previously led contracts with a value in excess of $10M.
The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $146K-$220K, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
