Overview

Compass Associates are delighted to be supporting a leading, established and respected specialist behavioral health provider in search for a new Executive Director in Seattle, WA.

Due to the organizations growth, a new position of Executive Director as been created to run a high end behavioral health facility which offers residential, PHP and IOP for both adults and adolescents.

We are seeking an inspiring, motivated and experienced Executive Director who are confident in managing a multi functional team of leaders and oversee the day to day operations of the facility. Alongside operations, you will also be responsible for the financial management, administration, compliance, quality, growth, team engagement and patient satisfaction.

Additional responsibilities include but not limited to

• Design and implement business strategies.
• Developing, upskilling and mentoring your team.
• Implementing national standards.
• Continue to promote the organizations presents, values and mission.
• New hires must be provided with training, tools and resources to ensure they are successful.
• And more

The successful candidate will report directly into the Regional Vice President and will line manage up to 6 Managers/Directors.

Criteria

• You must have experience as an Executive Director, CEO or COO within a residential behavioral health facility.
• A minimum of 7 years experience within leadership positions within behavioral health.
• Excellent leadership, management and communication skills are essential.
• Be able to perform at a high level within a rapid pace environment.
• You must have experience of managing a 20+ facility.

1st Stage - Teams interview with the Regional Vice President

2nd Stage - Teams interview with the Medical Director

3rd Stage - Teams interview with the Human Resources Business Partner
