At The Clinic, we seek a Full-time Executive Director to become an integral part of our team! We are a busy, fast-growing behavioral health practice with a respected reputation in our communities, and we are looking for someone who can help us continue to grow. We are headquartered in San Francisco but have offices all over California, and we continue expanding.

The center needs leadership to support its day-to-day operations, communicate and update corporate initiatives, manage the P&Ls, and support administrative and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care and compliance with all regulatory standards.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (support as needed during off business hours)

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $125,000 to $140,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience working in an operational and leadership capacity.
• Success in planning creative and practical solutions to increase employee productivity and maximum profitability
• Master’s Degree in business administration, finance, personnel management or related fields preferred
• Experience managing and understanding budgetary items to meet monthly and annual P&L metrics

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• Recommend, develop, and assist in the strategic long-range planning process related to all clinic departments in support of the clinics’ mission, philosophy, and goals.
• Make recommendations for business development and expansion opportunities within assigned territories.
• Support the implementation of all expansion projects
• Provide leadership and mentoring for site leaders and administrative staff in establishing department objectives related to clinical practice, staffing, policies, and procedures
• Support the professional growth and development of clinical staff
• Work collaboratively with OBC leadership in the implementation of budgetary goals and payroll controls
• Monitors compliance with all clinic metrics (Customer Service, Membership, Retention, etc.)
• Provide continual process improvement including all clinic processes and/or services
• Ensure all business operations run smoothly and according to company quality standards
• May include clinical care
