About the Job
We are hiring an Executive Director who has general oversight of the Sequoias San Francisco and all related business entities. The Executive Director is responsible for the financial, operational and strategic success of the Sequoias San Francisco, leading local staff in meeting the organization’s quality standards and targeted financial measures, while adhering to operating policies and applicable regulations. The Executive Director represents the community to residents and their families, employees, prospects, and the local business community. The Executive Director is responsible for executing strategies and initiatives to consistently deliver results which are consistent with and advance the mission, core values and brand of the organization. The Executive Director’s role is pivotal in steering the community towards a sustainable future.
