Executive Director - Sales - Method HRM

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR WITH A STRONG SALES BACKGROUND NEEDED!

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our senior living community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior living management and proven sales experience.

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring high-quality care for residents, and driving occupancy and revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of the senior living community.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive community culture for residents and staff.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the quality of care and services.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Sales and Marketing:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, prospective residents, and their families.
• Conduct tours and presentations to prospective residents and families.
• Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Financial Management:

• Prepare and manage the community's budget.
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
• Ensure the community meets financial goals and objectives.

Resident and Family Relations:

• Ensure high levels of resident satisfaction and engagement.
• Address and resolve resident and family concerns promptly and effectively.
• Promote a safe and healthy living environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior living management.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving occupancy and revenue goals.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in senior living.
• Financial acumen and budget management experience.
