EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR WITH A STRONG SALES BACKGROUND NEEDED!
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our senior living community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior living management and proven sales experience.
This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring high-quality care for residents, and driving occupancy and revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the senior living community.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community culture for residents and staff.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the quality of care and services.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, prospective residents, and their families.
- Conduct tours and presentations to prospective residents and families.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the community's budget.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
- Ensure the community meets financial goals and objectives.
Resident and Family Relations:
- Ensure high levels of resident satisfaction and engagement.
- Address and resolve resident and family concerns promptly and effectively.
- Promote a safe and healthy living environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior living management.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving occupancy and revenue goals.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in senior living.
- Financial acumen and budget management experience.
