Under the direction of the Vice President of Operations, the Executive Director oversees the daily operations of a single location and its team members. The Executive Director will lead and direct the operational and financial performance of the center, ensure the proper implementation of healthcare laws and regulations in daily practices, and hold accountability for the community's performance in all aspects of the business.
Job Summary:
The Executive Director is responsible for the management of the Assisted Living, Independent Living, and/or Memory Care community.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Oversees the daily administration of the organization by implementing policies, procedures, and programs.
- Drafts and implements performance standards; conducts performance reviews for senior leadership.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete oversight of all aspects of resident care, programming, staffing and facilities maintenance, and fiscal management.
- Ensuring that operation is always in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Enforcing safe and fiscally responsible admission and retention policies.
- Keeping operations within the monthly budget.
- Plan and coordinate health services.
- Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs.
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures.
- Take an active role in community relations, marketing, and admissions.
- Servant Leadership directs all aspects of decision-making.
- Ensuring resident satisfaction through quality assurance programs and direct involvement in customer service.
- Conducts training classes, on-the-job training, and orientation programs for all associates.
- Creating and implementing policies and procedures to better the operation and quality of care.
- Ensuring that all possible efforts are being made to assist and facilitate billing and collection of monthly rents.
- Respond promptly to requests of residents, families, and guests programs.

Compensation details: 120000-130000 Yearly Salary
