Our Endosomal Escape Vehicle (EEV™)-therapeutics are designed to enable the efficient intracellular delivery of a wide range of therapeutics into a variety of organs and tissues, resulting in an improved therapeutic index. Through this proprietary, versatile and modular approach, Entrada is advancing a robust development portfolio of RNA-, antibody- and enzyme-based programs for the potential treatment of neuromuscular, ocular, metabolic and immunological diseases, among others.
Our lead oligonucleotide programs are in development for the potential treatment of people living with Duchenne who are exon 44, 45 and 50 skipping amenable. We have also partnered to develop a clinical-stage program, VX-670, for myotonic dystrophy type 1.

The OpportunityThe Executive Director of Portfolio Management will play an integral role in working with cross-functional leaders to evaluate forward-looking risks and opportunities across a portfolio containing multiple development programs. We are looking for an Executive Director who is a strategic thinker, experienced, flexible, disciplined, proactive, and collaborative
Responsibilities- Partner with Portfolio team members as well as cross-functional team members on proactive identification of near/mid/long-term risks to individual programs as well as to the broader portfolio.
- Lead portfolio-level scenario identification and planning (and support program-level scenario planning as relevant from a portfolio lens).
- Use scenario analysis to help inform long-term strategic planning, resource allocation, and organizational / workforce planning.
- Develop and implement ongoing portfolio-level analysis and visualization tools.
- Develop and implement ongoing portfolio-level risk tracking and impact assessment.
- Work with program management to proactively identify and monitor key risks/opportunities, relevant considerations for decision making, and support in creating forums for the presentation of key information and timely decision making and communication.
- Work with program management to establish and standardize integrated development planning at all stages of project/program development.
- Summarize complex topics to facilitate cross-functional team discussions and decision making, and relay information regarding status, issues, decisions, etc. to senior leadership as appropriate.
- Drive aligned decision-making through proactive identification and escalation of critical issues and implications.
- Interact with additional functions (e.g., finance, strategy, communications, legal, and operations) as needed to ensure transparency and alignment.

To thrive on our team, you will need to come with:
- BS/BA degree required, MS/MBA/PhD preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience in supporting drug development within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
- 15+ of experience managing cross-functional teams in preclinical and clinical stages of development.
- High level of mastery in biotech program and portfolio management.
- Ability to quickly identify and implement “fit-for purpose” processes to support cross-functional team planning.
- Demonstrated success guiding teams through key submission milestones (e.g., IND / CTA, NDA / BLA, etc), including goal setting, planning, timeline management, and transition through stage gates.
- Leadership skills, personal integrity and the ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment is critical.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Good skills with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- This is a US based remote position, with preference given to local New England based candidates. This role will require minimum quarterly travel to the Entrada Therapeutics Headquarters located in Boston, MA. #LI-Remote
