Location: Southern California
Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000

Your Role:
As Executive Director, you’ll lead and manage the operations of Clarvida programs in California. Reporting to the COO, you’ll oversee personnel, budgets, program quality, compliance, and community relationships. This hybrid position involves statewide travel and in-person stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, clinical programming, and program outcomes.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and staff productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company, contract, and regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders.
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
- Experience with P & L
- Business Financial Management for an operation with a budget than 30 Million Dollars
- Willingness to travel to Kern, Los Angeles, San Diego and Orange County.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree (Business Administration or Human Services) with 7+ years of management experience, or
- Bachelor’s Degree in the same fields with 10+ years of management experience.
