Duly is seeking an Executive Director of Enterprise Applications that is passionate about solving business problems with technology solutions. This straight-forward leader should be proactive, structured and a change agent. The Executive Director should also display a track record of growing revenue, reducing cost by identifying, designing, and implementing complex, enterprise-wide package software solutions.
Enterprise Application portfolio consists of:
- Clinical: Select and deploy cutting edge technologies to help our clinicians serve our patients. (e.g. AI enabled radiology imaging, patient interactions, charting dictation, etc.)
- Digital: Select and deploy cutting edge Call Center and marketing applications to grow patient volume and improve patient services (e.g. Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud, Five9, OpenText, Twilio, etc.)
- Corporate: Advance efficiency and effectiveness of our HQ functions to better support the organization.
Reporting to: Chief Technology Officer. This senior leader will have a direct, material impact on the most important aspects of Duly’s core mission which is to improve patient health and wellness. They will support this mission by ensuring our clinicians and patient support staff have the very best technologies, data, and support services.
Responsibilities:Position Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for all Clinical, Digital, and Corporate and Digital.
- Monitor and analyze business KPIs to identify areas of improvement with an emphasis on top line growth.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to optimize spend and ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of technology solutions and support services.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, including analysts, architects, and support staff.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Research current and new industry trends, technologies and software development
- Communicate effectively with executive leadership, department heads, and other stakeholders to provide updates on IT operations status and initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with extensive experience in application support, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with M&A and integration.
- Strong technical background in 3rd party package configuration, implementation, optimization and support.
- 5+ years of experience managing a large-scale application support organization, including legacy systems, cloud, and SaaS solutions.
- Proven experience developing and executing strategic plans for IT operations.
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $10M, resources, and vendor relationships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills, including board-level experience.
- Experience with compliance frameworks such as PCI, HIPAA, SOC 2 etc.
- Healthcare experienced is a plus.
