Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Manage a team of passionate professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support as they work to advance our fundraising initiatives.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental goals, driving innovation and excellence in our fundraising efforts.
Budget Management: Oversee the Development unit's budget, ensuring financial stability and accountability in all fundraising activities.
External Relations: Represent our institution to donors, volunteers, and other stakeholders, fostering meaningful connections and partnerships that support our mission.
Qualifications:
Proven Success: Demonstrated success in fundraising, with a track record of securing major gifts and meeting fundraising goals.
