Job Title: Executive Director of Behavioral Health / RN

Location: Clinton, TX

Salary: From $160,000 per year

Responsibilities:

Oversee all behavioral health programs and services

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery

Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively

Foster community partnerships to improve access to care

Provide clinical supervision and support to nursing staff

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Texas license

Master's degree in Nursing, Social Work, or related field

Minimum of 5 years in behavioral health leadership

Strong communication and organizational skills
