Overview

Signet Health, a national behavioral health management company, is currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time Executive Director of Behavioral Health/RN to manage the behavioral health program at MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital in Clinton, MD. 

Signet offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation package with a salary range starting at $160,000; insurance - health, life, dental, vision, short/long term disability; generous unlimited PTO. 

Requirements/Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Master of Nursing required (MSN). 
• Seasoned experience leading a successful and profitable inpatient behavioral health program.
• Experienced with compliance and a strong focus on safety, quality, and integrity.
• Working knowledge of State, CMS, and TJC accreditation standards.

Areas of experience:

• Budgeting and financial management.
• Referral development.
• Enforcing compliance measures.
• Establishing resources to achieve program goals and effectiveness.
• Personnel management.
• Program analysis and evaluation.

MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center, Clinton MD is a 286-bed facility providing over 60,000 emergency room visits and 20,000 admissions annually. The Behavioral Health Department includes a 28-bed Adult inpatient unit and a Partial Hospitalization Program.Southern Maryland offers the peace and comfort of a smaller community with the culture of Washington DC a short 20 minutes away. Historic homes and landmarks comprise the city's main tourism landscape and offer a glimpse into Maryland's early life. Nearby attractions include Andrews Air Force Base and Camp Springs.
