Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field. Masters preferred.
Seven or more years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, hospitality, long term care or related experience. Experience with a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) or Life Plan community preferred.
Skilled Nursing Home Administrator Licensed required.
Excellent planning, organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to perform responsibilities without direct supervisor; determining appropriate actions and execute effective solutions.
Proven progressive leadership and management skills, collaboratively managing a diverse staff.
Knowledge of technical requirement of appropriate government regulations applicable to the community, budgeting, marketing, and planning.
Effective computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and graphics.
Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills; able to make presentations to a variety of people.
Ability to travel and participate in off-site meetings.
