Requirements
- Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Social Work or a related field (Doctorate preferred)
- Clinical supervision licensure in practice state
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or behavioral health setting
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
- Exceptional organizational and strategic planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the organization's strategic vision and goals
- Lead initiatives to enhance the quality and effectiveness of mental health and substance abuse treatment programs
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team of professionals
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes staff development and well-being
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, accreditation standards, and licensing requirements
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funding sources
- Implement and oversee continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client outcomes
Pay: $125,000 - $155,000 annually
