About the Job
Overview:
Responsibility for all aspects of the companys 501(c)(3) charitable Foundation, to include fundraising, volunteer programs, grant making, internal and external partnerships and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Act as spokesperson for the Foundation to communicate its unique vision and mission to internal and external audiences.
- Promote and influence associate engagement with the Foundation in collaboration with internal business leaders and volunteers.
- Develop case for support and lead comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet financial performance targets to ensure adequate funds are available for the organization to carry out its work.
- Work directly with donors to raise funds through prospect development, leading to strategic cultivation and stewardship.
- Nurture relationships and build innovative partnerships with strategic charitable partners and key nonprofit leaders within our communities.
- Together with the Sr. Director of Strategic Planning & Special Projects, develop strategic plan with measurable goals focused on associate engagement, community impact, and growth.
- Develop and adhere to the Foundations operating budget while maintaining sound financial practices.
- Work effectively with all GSF departments including Communications, Finance, and particularly the Legal Department.
- Ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements of a 501(c)(3) tax exempt private foundation.
- Oversee compliance and regulations including tax forms 990
- Jointly, with the CEO and Chairman and the Board of Directors, conduct official correspondence of the organization, and jointly, with designated officers, execute legal documents.
- Develop and collaborate with the Foundations Board of Directors composed of internal business leaders.
- Lead team of three direct reports to support individual performance goals and foster continuous learning and development.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience:
7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, volunteer management, teambuilding and grant making.

- Please note that the compensation details listed in postings reflect the base salary only.
- Additional compensation including bonuses, equity and car allowances are subject to eligibility.
The expected Compensation range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, education, experience and relevant training will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
