Your day to day as An Executive Director
As the Executive Director at Christian Care Centers, Inc., your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a range of leadership and operational tasks. You will oversee the implementation of quality care programs, ensuring compliance with health care regulations and standards. Collaborating with department heads, you will develop and execute strategic plans that align with our mission and values.
Engaging with staff, clients, and families will be paramount, as you foster an environment of open communication and support. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, optimizing resources, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure service excellence. Regularly assessing community needs will allow you to adapt and enhance our care offerings effectively.

What we're looking for in a Executive Director
- To thrive as the Executive Director at Christian Care Centers, Inc., a blend of education, experience, and interpersonal skills is essential.
- A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred.
- You should have at least 7 years of experience in senior living or healthcare management, demonstrating your expertise in the industry.
- ALF and MC background. TBI experience is a plus.
- A strong understanding of state and federal regulations governing senior living facilities is crucial for maintaining compliance and ensuring quality care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital as you will be engaging with staff, clients, and families regularly.
- Additionally, strong organizational skills will aid in managing budgets and operational processes effectively.
- Your ability to lead and inspire a diverse team will foster a motivated workplace where all employees feel valued and empowered to deliver exceptional care.
