Executive Communication and Conference Strategy Manager - Coda Search¦Staffing

Our client, a top tier law firm is in search of a conference/branding manager to identify the most important conferences, panels and other networking and speaking opportunities for attorneys.

Reporting to the Communications Director, this role will work closely with other members of the Communications team and managers in the Business Development team to map out a visibility calendar for individual partners and practice groups. The ideal candidate has a firsthand knowledge of the most important and influential events and conferences in the legal and financial space and an understanding of how to best engage with each.

This role will work closely with the Business Development and Communications teams to own and oversee conference participation, including sponsorships and speaking, and ensure activity is in-line with the firm’s and individual attorneys’ BD and visibility strategies.

Successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations, business development, communications at a law firm or financial services firm.
