Seafood Grill & Raw Bar is seeking a vibrant Restaurant Executive Chef with a knack for seafood cuisine. The ideal candidate will spearhead our kitchen team, ensuring a top-tier culinary experience. Our menu boasts an array of tantalizing seafood offerings like oysters, lobster mac and cheese, shrimp scampi, and crab-stuffed oysters.

Responsibilities: The Executive Chef will guide a team of culinary professionals, maintain high standards, and deliver delectable dishes while adhering to strict food safety protocols. We seek a motivated, experienced leader capable of nurturing culinary talent, and ensuring consistent excellence in our menu execution. Beyond team management, effective communication with vendors for quality ingredients at competitive prices, cost analysis, and proficient P&L management is essential.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of high-volume experience in a scratch kitchen seafood restaurant
