Job Title: Kitchen Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations and staff management.
- Ensure quality preparation of menu items and proper food handling/storage.
- Coordinate food purchasing and maintain approved food costs.
- Develop and update menus in line with seasonal offerings.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold standards.
- Monitor inventory and minimize waste.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in kitchen management or culinary leadership.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
