Job Title: Kitchen Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all kitchen operations and staff management.
• Ensure quality preparation of menu items and proper food handling/storage.
• Coordinate food purchasing and maintain approved food costs.
• Develop and update menus in line with seasonal offerings.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold standards.
• Monitor inventory and minimize waste.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in kitchen management or culinary leadership.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
