Salary: Up to $80,000, depending upon experience
We are seeking a confident and experienced Executive Chef with a passion for food and engaging the local community. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for procuring the highest quality products to create unforgettable dishes that surprise and delight our guests at every bite.

Main Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience managing the line in high-volume restaurants in an upscale and food-focused environment
- Strong passion for food and engaging with the local community
- Ability to lead and encourage staff development while promoting a positive experience for staff and guests to achieve P&L goals
- Experience overseeing and managing food and service quality
- Knowledgeable in assessing and implementing service standards with consistency across operational procedures
- Proactive in creating and carrying out strategic business objectives across recruitment, finance, legal, and restaurant operations (FOH/BOH)
- Proficiency in forecasting financial trends to control labor, food, and beverage costs

Working Schedule:
