We are currently seeking a creative and dedicated Executive Chef to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach, be an exceptional communicator, and display leadership qualities that inspire our kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of our kitchen and coordinate staff.
2. Design a versatile menu that caters to varied tastes and dietary requirements.
3. Create impressive recipes that will enhance dining experience and satisfaction.
4. Ensure our kitchen operates efficiently and in a timely manner.
5. Comply with health and safety regulations.
6. Manage food and supply inventory according to budget.
7. Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, providing them direction and feedback.
8. Engage in public relations efforts, including social media presence and community events.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Executive Chef.
2. Excellent record of kitchen and staff management.
3. Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress.
4. Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
5. Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
6. Degree in Culinary Science or related certificate.
