Responsibilities:
Creatively craft and execute our menu offerings with a focus on quality and timeliness.
Lead recipe and menu development to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, setting and overseeing cleaning schedules for our culinary team.
Provide leadership and guidance to our kitchen staff, including training and performance evaluations.
Manage inventory and food costs to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
Oversee food ordering and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar culinary leadership role, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation.
Proven track record of menu development and culinary creativity.
Familiarity with inventory management and financial acumen related to food costs.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
