Job Details:
- As the Executive Chef, you'll be pivotal in ensuring our new Chicago location reaches its full potential. You'll embody our critical core values of Product and quality and showcase our world-class offerings to the guests. You will also be responsible for enhancing our employer brand and establishing a strong presence in the local community and media.
- With 3-5 years of experience in a Chef de Cuisine/Executive Chef role and proven experience in opening new restaurants, you'll be well-placed to take on this challenge. We value a thorough understanding of supply chain and vendor management and the expertise to create scalable and efficient systems. A passion for cooking, a knack for team development, and local Chicago credibility are what we need.
- This position also requires a hands-on approach, with responsibilities spanning from menu engineering, and resource and waste management, to employee training and team building. Your role will be significant in cementing the systems and practices that support the operation of outstanding restaurants in the U.S.
