Job Title: Executive Chef - GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium

Location: Kansas City, MO

Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 base plus a 16% performance bonus

Relocation: Full package with two months of paid temporary housing during transition

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all culinary operations at Arrowhead Stadium.
• Develop innovative menus that enhance the fan experience.
• Manage kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.
• Collaborate with vendors for sourcing quality ingredients.
• Monitor food costs and maintain budgetary guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Creative culinary skills with a passion for sports hospitality.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
