Johnny's Roadside Diner is looking for a skilled Kitchen Manager who is experienced in preparing a wide range of breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes to lead our team to success. The ideal candidate is passionate about cooking, has a background in food prep, and is capable of executing high quality food in a fast-paced atmosphere with small amounts of supervision. We are looking for someone reliable, who enjoys leading a close-knit team, and who takes pride in producing an incredible product.

RESPONSIBILITES
As an experienced kitchen manager you'll oversee the daily operations of our kitchen staff and motivate our team to create exceptional food for our Diner patrons. As the kitchen manager, you will be responsible for food preparation, ordering supplies, scheduling shifts, and monitoring inventory levels. You'll also oversee the hiring, training and performance development of kitchen employees. Establishing a sanitary working environment, kitchen safety protocol, and health code standards fall under your umbrella as well. You'll establish strategic goals and develop and implement systems, policies, and procedures to help reach productivity standards and to meet financial targets. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and comfortably manage a team of kitchen staff in a high-pressure environment with a passion for great food and excellent service.
