Job Summary
Our Executive Chefs provide culinary leadership for all operations of the kitchen.
They have a strong passion for excellence and deliver high-quality food, create new recipes, and offer attentive service to members and guests while directing their kitchen staff.
Day-to-Day
Lead,train,developandinspirethe culinary team.
Elevatethe culinary experience by focusing on food quality and upholding presentation standards.
Createedgy and innovativenew menu items based on current food trends and club events.
Managefinancial cost controls and culinary operations.
Buildmagic moments and maintain positive member & guest experiences.
About You
Minimum 3 year's experience at Executive Chef level in a Golf Club / Resort / Hotel / Restaurant.
Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
Food & Safety certifications.
Knowledge of special diets (preferred).
Proficient with POS (Micros preferred), Microsoft Office products, and social media.
Experience with private events, banquets, and a la carte.
Bilingual- Spanish (preferred).
