$80,000 - $100,000 per year plus monthly performance bonus
Since its debut in 2020, Little Mama's Italian, inspired by the nostalgic 1960s and 70s Italian-American restaurants, has risen to become one of Charlotte’s finest Italian dining experiences. Originating as a sister concept to the beloved Mama Ricotta’s, Little Mama’s has replicated the charm and warmth of classic Italian-American eateries. With the opening of our second location at Rea Farms in 2024, we're excited to extend an invitation for an Executive Chef to help lead our growing brand under the FS Food Group portfolio.

Executive Chef Responsibilities Include:
- Execute a diverse and exciting menu of Italian-American dishes.
- Lead and mentor the kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and consistency.
- Manage food costs, inventory, and ordering to maximize profitability.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with management to create innovative seasonal specials.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative working environment in the kitchen.
We Are Looking for an Executive Chef Who:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Italian-American cuisine and culinary techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Creativity and innovation in menu development.
- Strong understanding of food cost control and kitchen management.
- Food Safety Manager Certification (ServSafe or equivalent) is a plus.
- Passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers.
