In addition to overseeing the sushi line, you'll collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain overall quality, manage inventory and food costs, and achieve financial goals. You should have at least 5 years of management experience in a high-volume, upscale environment specializing in sushi, Asian, or Japanese Cuisine.

Salary: $75,000+ bonus (based on experience)
