Responsibilities:

• Menu development, food purchasing, and maintaining quality standards
• Overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, and compliance with health regulations
• Training, managing, and mentoring kitchen staff
• Collaborating with the management team to align kitchen operations with the restaurant’s business goals

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef
• Excellent record of kitchen management
• Familiarity with cost and inventory management
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Capable of delegating multiple tasks
• Working knowledge of various software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
• BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate would be a plus
