Are you a Culinarian who strives to create exceptional culinary experiences?
This is a hands-on Executive Chef position serving one of our long-time banking institutions in downtown San Francisco.The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing the culinary operation of the bank’s dining café and its robust catering operation. This role will lead a Sous Chef, Operations Manager, and 10 frontline employees. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who enjoys developing their teams and has a passion for food, catering, and people. The typical schedule is M-F.
We are looking for a Chef who:

- Constantly looking for new recipes and new ideas and initiatives that will improve both the quality of food and service as a whole
- Recognizing and reacting to contemporary trends
- Corporate Dining Experience
- Play a key role and enthusiastically mentor culinary personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the culinary management team to manage all aspects of food preparation, product handling, equipment utilization, and food safety.
- Be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis, and food production forecasting;
- Ensure Sodexo Culinary standards, including recipe compliance and food quality, are implemented;
- Have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standard compliance and management systems.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years
