Sodexo Live's! Airport Lounge Segment is seeking an Executive Chef to manage culinary operations at LaGuardia Airport (LGA). Prior experience managing volume/large scale first-class culinary operations, large teams and logistics is a must. The Executive Chef will work closely with the Sodexo team to create exciting and sophisticated culinary experiences for guests, exceeding expectations while enhancing client program objectives.  This position is responsible for the organization and execution oversight of all culinary operations serving one million guests a year in one of the busiest airports in the world.  This is a great opportunity for an energetic chef who is looking to be part of a large culinary corporation on a prestigious client portfolio.

The successful candidate will:

• be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting;
• ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented;
• have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;
• ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance; and/or
• have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems.

While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 3 years
