Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 base salary with an $18,000 bonus potential

Job Summary: As Executive Chef, you will lead the culinary team and oversee the kitchen operations of one of our premier locations. This role demands creativity, leadership, and a passion for culinary arts coupled with a strong business acumen to enhance our reputation, ensure top-notch dining experiences, and drive our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect contemporary culinary trends and the ethos of CH Projects.
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory, ordering, and compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence, dedication, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with management to align culinary strategies with overall business goals.
- Oversee cost control, waste reduction, and efficient resource management without compromising on quality.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation are consistently met.
- Cultivate relationships with local suppliers and vendors to source the freshest, highest-quality ingredients.
- Act as a brand ambassador for CH Projects within the culinary community and to our guests.
- Innovate and implement new culinary and operational techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
- Culinary arts degree from a reputable institution, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of the latest culinary trends and a keen interest in food sustainability practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A demonstrable track record of managing food costs, labor, and menu pricing.
- Creative problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
