Unit Description

Sodexo is seeking a highly trained Culinarian for an Executive Chef 2 for NYC Health + Hospitals Healthcare System in the Brooklyn, NY and surrounding regions. 

This position will support the healthcare facilities within Health & Hospitals Healthcare System in NYC by assisting in improving their focus on the culinary aspects of the operation.

Must have a Culinary Degree & 3 - 5 years' experience running a professional kitchen. 

Must be knowledgeable in the following areas:

• Inventory control
• Ordering according to business needs
• Training unit mangers and line staff in following SOP’s
• Food cost control
• Client Engagement/Patient Rounding
• Food Safety
• Kitchen Facility Sanitation
• Development Plans
